Watercress and pineapple soother

Green smoothies have certainly become ubiquitous, and for good reason; they're fresh, healthy and delicious. Try this watercress and pineapple version as an alternative to the usually spinach blend.

  • 2 cup water cress, firmly packed
  • 2 celery stalks, coarsely chopped trimmed
  • 1/2 medium pineapple, peeled and chopped
  • 2 centimetre (¾-inch) fresh ginger, peeled
