2 teaspoon wasabi paste

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh coriander

1 teaspoon lime juice

Method

1.Combine mayonnaise, wasabi, coriander and juice in small bowl.

2.Serve mayonnaise with grilled salmon or chicken.

This piquant mayonnaise can be served with any fish, hot or cold. A cooling cucumber salad would be a good accompaniment.
