Ingredients

Red wine vinegar dressing

Method

1.In a large saucepan of salted, boiling water, cook pasta according to packet instructions; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
2.In large frying pan, cook salami, stirring, on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until crisp; drain on paper towel.
3.Meanwhile, to make red wine vinegar dressing.: combine ingredients in a screw-top jar; shake well.
4.In a large bowl, place pasta, dressing and salami with nuts, tomato, herbs and cheese; toss gently to combine. Serve.

Not suitable to freeze. Not suitable to microwave.
