Method
1.Cook sausages in heated oiled large frying pan. Remove from pan, slice thickly; cover to keep warm.
2.Add tomato to pan; bring to the boil. Simmer, uncovered, about 2 minutes or until thickened slightly. Season to taste.
3.Meanwhile, cook ravioli in large saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain.
4.Combine sausages, tomato mixture, ravioli and half the rocket in large bowl. Serve with remaining rocket leaves.
