Vanilla-caramel swirl ice-cream blocks
  • 1 1/2 cup softened vanilla ice-cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 millilitres) caramel-flavoured topping

    Spoon ice-cream into six ¼-cup (60ml) ice-block moulds.

    Swirl 2 teaspoons topping into each mould. Press lids on firmly; freeze 6 hours or overnight.
