Turkish halloumi and pomegranate salad

The tart, exotic flavours in the salad are enhanced by the creamy, nuttiness of the fried halloumi cheese. A wonderful combination.

Method

1.Combine juice, oil, pulp, mint, onion, mizuna and fennel in large bowl.
2.Brown cheese, both sides, in large oiled frying pan. Serve salad topped with cheese.

You will need one large pomegranate for this recipe.
