Spinach rice

Method

1.Make the rissoled. In a bowl combine mince, onion, sauce and parsley. Season. Form into 8 patties.
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes each side until cooked through. Drain on paper towel and keep warm.
3.Make the rice. Heat a large frying pan on medium. Cook bacon until crisp. Stir in onions, garlic and lemon. Cook 2-3 minutes until tender. Add rice. Cook, stirring, for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir through baby spinach leaves and season to taste. Serve with patties.
