1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease 6 x 1½-cup (375ml) ovenproof dishes.
2.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until just tender; drain.
3.Combine pasta, capsicum, tuna, asparagus and sauce in a large bowl. Spoon mixture equally into dishes. Sprinkle with combined cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake about 10 minutes or until browned and heated through. Sprinkle with parsley.
