Tropical fruit smoothie
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 small pineapple, peeled, chopped
  • 1/3 cup strained passionfruit juice (5 passionfruit)
  • 250 gram low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
