Ingredients

Tomato and pomegranate salad
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 medium red capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 fresh long red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Method

    In small frying pan, dry-fry seeds until fragrant; cool.

    In a medium bowl, place seeds with remaining ingredients, season to taste; toss gently to combine. Serve with toasted turkish bread.
