Toblerone fondue

This exceedingly rich, decadent dessert is just the ticket at the end of a long dinner party with friends. Serve with coffee and lots of laughs.

Toblerone fondue
  • 200 gram toblerone, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) thickened cream
  • 1 tablespoon coffee-flavoured liqueur

    Stir Toblerone and cream in small saucepan until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in liqueur. Transfer fondue to serving bowl.

    Serve fondue with fresh fruit and biscotti.


We used Kahlua for this recipe but you can use any coffee-flavoured liqueur you like.
