Toblerone cocktail

A boozy, chocolate elixir that is made even more decadent with the addition of fresh cream and honey.

Toblerone cocktail

Ingredients

  • 5 millilitre honey
  • 10 millilitre chocolate ice magic
  • 30 millilitre frangelico
  • 30 millilitre kahlua
  • 30 millilitre baileys
  • 15 millilitre dark crème de cacao
  • 60 millilitre fresh cream
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method

    Drizzle honey and Ice Magic around inside of chilled glass; place glass upright in freezer for 5 minutes to set.
  • 2
    Combine remaining ingredients in jug of a blender; blend until well combined, pour into cocktail glass (150ml).
  • 3
    Garnish with crushed Flake chocolate bar and a straw.
