- 2 210 g packets aunt betty's sensational chocolate andamp; hazelnut steamed pudding
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 2 tablespoon coffee liqueur
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 250 gram cream cheese, at room temperature
- 300 millilitre cream
- 1/4 cup powdered drinking chocolate
- 1/2 cup coarsely grated dark eating chocolate
- 1/3 cup flaked almonds, toasted
- fresh berries, to serve
- 1Remove foil seals from pudding tubs. Microwave each tub on High (100%) for 20 seconds. Turn out onto a chopping board: cut in half horizontally.
- 2Arrange pudding over the base of a 1.25-litre (6-cup), 19cm (base measurement) square glass or ceramic dish.
- 3Place coffee in a small heatproof jug: stir in 1 tablespoon hot water and liqueur until coffee dissolves.
- 4Using an electric mixer, beat egg yolks and sugar in a medium bowl until pale. Add cream cheese; beat until well combined.
- 5Using clean beaters, beat cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Fold cream cheese mixture into whipped cream until just combined.
- 6Drizzle coffee mixture over pudding in dish. Dust with drinking chocolate. Spoon cream mixture over pudding; smooth surface. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and almonds.
- 7Cover with plastic food wrap chill tor 4 hours. Serve with berries.
