Tiramisu pudding
  • 2 210 g packets aunt betty's sensational chocolate andamp; hazelnut steamed pudding
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoon coffee liqueur
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 250 gram cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 300 millilitre cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered drinking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup coarsely grated dark eating chocolate
  • 1/3 cup flaked almonds, toasted
  • fresh berries, to serve

    Remove foil seals from pudding tubs. Microwave each tub on High (100%) for 20 seconds. Turn out onto a chopping board: cut in half horizontally.

    Arrange pudding over the base of a 1.25-litre (6-cup), 19cm (base measurement) square glass or ceramic dish.

    Place coffee in a small heatproof jug: stir in 1 tablespoon hot water and liqueur until coffee dissolves.

    Using an electric mixer, beat egg yolks and sugar in a medium bowl until pale. Add cream cheese; beat until well combined.

    Using clean beaters, beat cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Fold cream cheese mixture into whipped cream until just combined.

    Drizzle coffee mixture over pudding in dish. Dust with drinking chocolate. Spoon cream mixture over pudding; smooth surface. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and almonds.

    Cover with plastic food wrap chill tor 4 hours. Serve with berries.
