Thai red curry paste
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 1 long red chilli, fresh
- 5 medium dried chillies, deseeded , soaked in boiling water and drained
- 2 tablespoon fresh galangal, roughly chopped
- 4 tablespoon fresh lemongrass, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 4 fresh coriander roots, roughly chopped
- 4 clove garlic, crushed
