Ingredients

Tandoori chicken
  • 1 cup (280 grams) plain yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup (100 grams) tandoori paste
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
Tomato and coriander salsa
  • 170 gram punnet grape tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander

Method

    In a large bowl, combine yoghurt and paste. Add chicken; turn to coat in marinade.

    Cook chicken on a heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue), brushing with marinade, until browned both sides and tender.

    Meanwhile, make tomato and coriander salsa.

    Slice chicken thickly; serve with salsa.
