Tandoori chicken
- 1 cup (280 grams) plain yoghurt
- 1/3 cup (100 grams) tandoori paste
- 4 chicken breast fillets
Tomato and coriander salsa
- 170 gram punnet grape tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon caster sugar
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
Method
Tandoori chicken
- 1In a large bowl, combine yoghurt and paste. Add chicken; turn to coat in marinade.
- 2Cook chicken on a heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue), brushing with marinade, until browned both sides and tender.
- 3Meanwhile, make tomato and coriander salsa.
- 4Slice chicken thickly; serve with salsa.
