Ingredients: 1 teaspoon olive oil; 2 tablespoon bottled tomato pasta sauce; 1/2 cup (50g) coarsely grated pizza cheese; 10 centimetre piece (40g) coarsely chopped salami; 1/3 cup (65g) thinly sliced red capsicum; 1/3 cup (30g) thinly sliced mushrooms.; 1/2 cup (50g) coarsely grated pizza cheese

Ingredients

1 teaspoon olive oil

2 tablespoon bottled tomato pasta sauce

1/2 cup (50g) coarsely grated pizza cheese

10 centimetre piece (40g) coarsely chopped salami

1/3 cup (65g) thinly sliced red capsicum

1/3 cup (30g) thinly sliced mushrooms.

1/2 cup (50g) coarsely grated pizza cheese

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).

2.Using pastry brush, brush oil over pizza base. Place pasta sauce on base, using back of large spoon to spread sauce all over base. Sprinkle cheese over sauce, then top with cabanossi, salami, capsicum and mushrooms. Sprinkle more cheese over pizza and bake for about 20 minutes or until crispy.
