Strawberry, mango and blueberry iceblocks

Save money and make your own frozen treats this summer. This fruity recipe is a favourite among kids and adults alike.

Strawberry, mango and blueberry iceblocks
  • 8 small strawberries, sliced
  • 2/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 mango, sliced
  • 1 1/3 cup apple and blackcurrant juice

    Divide strawberries, blueberries and mango between 8 x 100ml iceblock moulds.

    Pour over enough juice to cover fruit. Insert iceblock sticks. Freeze overnight until firm.


Fill icy pole moulds only 3/4 full to allow room for expansion during freezing. No iceblock moulds? You can use disposable cups instead. Tap mould gently on the bench to remove any air bubble before freezing. Briefly dip base of moulds in warm water for easy removal.
