500 gram strawberries, halved

2 tablespoon icing sugar

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves

1/2 cup (140g) low-fat natural yoghurt

Method

Balsamic strawberries

1.Combine strawberries, icing sugar and vinegar in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate 20 minutes.

2.Sprinkle mint over strawberries; serve with yoghurt.
