Method

1.Blend or process peaches until smooth. Push peaches through a sieve into a medium bowl; stir in palm sugar, tequila, cointreau and lemon juice. Divide half the peach mixture into paddle pop moulds (or paper cups); reserve remaining peach mixture. Freeze popsicles about 30 minutes or until surface is firm.
2.Meanwhile, blend or process strawberries until smooth. Push strawberries through a sieve into a medium bowl; stir in sugar and tequila. Press paddle pop stick firmly into each popsicle. Divide half the strawberry mixture into moulds; reserve remaining strawberry mixture. Freeze popsicles about 30 minutes or until surface is firm.
3.Divide remaining peach mixture into moulds; freeze popsicles about 30 minutes or until surface is firm. Divide remaining strawberry mixture into moulds; freeze overnight.
