Strawberry and custard jelly cups
- 2 cup (500ml) boiling water
- 85 gram packet of strawberry jelly
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled, quartered
- 600 millilitre carton of custard
Method
Strawberry and custard jelly cups
- 1Sprinkle jelly crystals into boiling water and stir until dissolved and liquid is clear. Allow to cool completely to room temperature, so it remains liquid.
- 2Divide strawberries between 8 glasses and pour over liquid jelly. Place in fridge, 5 minutes, until jelly starts to set and is sticky. Slowly pour custard over jelly. Cover with plastic wrap and chill, 4 hours, until set firm. Serve.
