Strawberry and custard jelly cups
  • 2 cup (500ml) boiling water
  • 85 gram packet of strawberry jelly
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled, quartered
  • 600 millilitre carton of custard

    Sprinkle jelly crystals into boiling water and stir until dissolved and liquid is clear. Allow to cool completely to room temperature, so it remains liquid.

    Divide strawberries between 8 glasses and pour over liquid jelly. Place in fridge, 5 minutes, until jelly starts to set and is sticky. Slowly pour custard over jelly. Cover with plastic wrap and chill, 4 hours, until set firm. Serve.
