Ingredients: 750 gram strawberries; 1/3 cup (80ml) water; 1/4 cup (55g) caster sugar; 2 teaspoon rosewater; 1/3 cup (45g) coarsely chopped roasted unsalted pistachios

Method

1.Hull strawberries; slice thickly. Place strawberries in medium heatproof bowl.

2.Stir water and sugar in small saucepan over high heat until sugar dissolves; do not boil. Remove from heat; stir in rosewater. Pour syrup over strawberries.

3.Divide strawberry mixture among six serving dishes; sprinkle with nuts.
