Stir-fry hoisin lamb and vegetables

A super fast and easy stir-fried hoisin lamb and vegetables dish from Australian Women's Weekly.

Stir-fry hoisin lamb and vegetables
  • 600 gram lamb strips
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) hoisin sauce
  • 800 gram fresh packaged stir-fry vegetables
  • 4 green onions, sliced thickly

    Combine lamb and half the sauce in medium bowl. Cover, refrigerate 30 minutes.

    Stir-fry lamb in heated oiled wok, in batches. Remove from wok.

    Stir-fry vegetables, half the onion and 2 tablespoons cold water in wok until vegetables are almost tender. Return lamb to wok with remaining sauce; stir-fry until hot.

    Serve stir-fry topped with remaining onion.
