Ingredients

Stir-fried steak with green beans
  • 180 gram green beans
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 medium_piece brown onion (150g), chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 large_piece fresh green chilli, chopped
  • 1 large_piece fresh red chilli, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil, extra
  • 500 gram beef rump steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Method

Stir-fried steak with green beans
  • 1
    Slice beans diagonally. Heat oil in wok, stir-fry onion, garlic, chilli and beans until beans are just tender; remove from wok.

    Add extra oil to wok, add steak in batches, stir-fry until tender.

    Return steak and bean mixture to wok with sauce, coriander and sugar, stir-fry for about 2 minutes, or until hot.
