Ingredients

Stir-fried asian greens
  • 300 gram gai lan
  • 400 gram buk choy
  • 1/4 wombok (napa cabbage) (250g)
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 2 fresh long red chillies
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoon japanese soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon chinese cooking wine
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Method

    Coarsely chop gai lan stems; shred leaves coarsely. Slice trimmed buk choy thickly lengthways. Chop wombok coarsely. Wash vegetables under cold water; drain. Crush peeled garlic. Chop chilli finely.

    Heat peanut oil in wok; stir-fry garlic and chilli until fragrant. Add vegetables and remaining ingredients; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
