Method
1.Coarsely chop gai lan stems; shred leaves coarsely. Slice trimmed buk choy thickly lengthways. Chop wombok coarsely. Wash vegetables under cold water; drain. Crush peeled garlic. Chop chilli finely.
2.Heat peanut oil in wok; stir-fry garlic and chilli until fragrant. Add vegetables and remaining ingredients; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
