Sticky turkey sang choy bow
  • 375 gram minced (ground) turkey
  • 1 tablespoon kecap manis
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 4 small_piece iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 fresh long red chilli, sliced thinly

    Stir-fry turkey in heated oiled wok until changed in colour. Add kecap manis, sugar and sauce; stir-fry until mixture is sticky and slightly dry. Season to taste.
