Steamed spinach
- 800 gram baby spinach
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
Method
Steamed spinach
- 1Steam or microwave 800g baby spinach until just wilted; drain, transfer to serving dish. Combine ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Pour dressing over spinach.
