Steamed spinach

Just a little seasoning, a splash of olive oil and some lemon juice is all you need with freshly steamed spinach.

Steamed spinach
  • 800 gram baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice

    Steam or microwave 800g baby spinach until just wilted; drain, transfer to serving dish. Combine ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Pour dressing over spinach.
