Method

1.Combine chicken, water chestnuts, garlic, sauce, wine and ginger in medium bowl.
2.Place one wrapper in the palm of one hand; place one rounded teaspoon of the chicken filling in centre of wrapper. Cup your hand gently, gathering edges of wrapper together with other hand to form classic money-bag shape; twist top to enclose filling.
3.Place money bags, without touching, in large oiled steamer, cover; steam, in batches, over large saucepan of boiling water about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
4.Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
5.Place chinese spoons on serving platter. Place 1 money bag on each spoon; top with 1 teaspoon of the sauce.
