Ingredients: 1 litre (4 cups) milk; 200 gram milk eating chocolate, chopped; 100 gram dark eating chocolate, chopped; 3/4 cup (180ml) thickened cream; 1 tablespoon tia maria or baileys irish cream; 90 gram maltesers, chopped

Method

1.Combine milk and both chocolates in medium saucepan; stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. Do not boil milk.

2.Beat cream and liqueur in small bowl of electric mixer until soft peaks form.

3.Divide milk among heatproof serving glasses, top with cream mixture and sprinkle with Maltesers.
