Method
1.Heat oiled large frying pan over high heat.
2.Combine beef, oil, spices, oregano and juice in large bowl; season. Cook beef about 5 minutes or until browned.
3.Meanwhile, thinly slice onion and capsicum; add to pan with garlic. Cook, stirring, until onion just softens.
4.Heat tortillas according to directions on packet.
5.Thinly slice avocado. Halve tomatoes.
6.Serve tortillas topped with sour cream, avocado, tomato and beef mixture; accompany with cheese and lime wedges.
