This flavour-packed recipe is perfect for an on-the-go lunch or light dinner. The combination of ham and avocado in a wholegrain wrap also makes a nutritious after school snack for kids.
1.Combine avocado, spices and juice in a small bowl. Arrange over tortillas.
2.Top tortillas with ham, capsicum, lettuce and salsa. Roll to enclose filling.
You could also use mountain bread or lavash. This is a good work lunch, you can store the ingredients in separate containers and assemble the wrap just before serving.
