Spicy guacamole

Guacamole is the ideal side dish for any of your favourite Mexican dishes or just for enjoying with some crunchy corn chips.
For a tasty low-carb snack, try this spicy guacamole with our seeded parmesan crisps.


  • 1 large ripe avocado (320g), halved
  • ½ small red onion (50g), chopped finely
  • 1 large roma (egg) tomato (90g), chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon tabasco or hot chilli sauce, optional

    Scoop avocado into a medium bowl; mash coarsely with a fork.

    Add remaining ingredients; stir to combine. Season to taste with salt.


This dip is best made close to serving.
