Spiced chicken pizza

Add a kick to your dinner tonight. With only three steps our spiced chicken pizza makes for the perfect mid-week dinner.

Spiced chicken pizza
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium (150g) onion, chopped
  • 250 g chicken mince
  • 35 g taco seasoning
  • 2 wholemeal pizza crusts
  • 1/4 cup (90g) tomato passata
  • 1 medium (200g) red capsicum, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup (60g) sliced pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 cup (100g) light sour cream
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander

    Heat oil in a medium frying pan over a medium heat and add onion. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until softened. Add the mince and seasoning. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes or until mince is browned and cooked through.

    Meanwhile, preheat oven 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Place the pizza bases onto oven trays lined with baking paper. Spread tomato passata over the bases; top with the chicken mince mixture, red capsicum and jalapenos. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned lightly.

    Serve with combined sour cream and coriander.


Unbaked pizzas suitable to freeze.
Not suitable to microwave.
