Method
1.Trim excess fat from steaks. Sprinkle steaks with spice mix.
2.Cook steaks on a heated, oiled grill pan (or barbecue or pan-fry) about 5 minutes each side, or until done as desired. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3.Serve steaks sliced with bread, hummus, tomatoes, lettuce and yoghurt.
