- 1 kilogram sebago potatoes, peeled, chopped coarsely
- 1 cup (250g) mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup (80g) parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 2/3 cup (80g) mozzarella cheese, finely grated
- 1/2 cup (125ml) hot milk
Method
Special-occasion mash
- 1Boil, steam or microwave potato until tender, drain. Mash potato in large bowl with remaining ingredients.
Notes
You can also use coliban or pink-eye potatoes for this recipe.
