- 1 large banana
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 cup soy milk
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon linseed, sunflower and almond blend
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method

- 1Peel and chop banana coarsely. Blend banana with remaining ingredients until smooth.
