Soft polenta

Creamy, cheesy polenta is a side dish that goes great with all kinds of meats and sauces.

Ingredients

Soft polenta
  • 3 cup water
  • 2 cup vegetable stock in large saucepan;
  • 2 cup polenta.
  • 1 cup milk,
  • 30 gram butter
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese;, finely grated

Method

Soft polenta
  • 1
    Combine 3 cups water and 2 cups vegetable stock in large saucepan bring to the boil. Gradually stir in 2 cups polenta. Simmer, stirring, about 10 minutes or until polenta thickens. Add milk, 3 butter and finely grated parmesan cheese, stir until cheese melts.
