1.Cut rib racks into pieces to fit 4.5-litre (18-cup) slow cooker. Heat peanut oil in large frying pan; cook ribs, in batches, until browned all over.
2.Meanwhile, combine sauces, juice, ginger, garlic, chilli and sesame oil in jug; brush all over ribs. Place ribs in cooker; pour over remaining sauce. Cook, covered, on low, 7 hours.
3.Remove ribs from sauce; cover to keep warm. Place sauce in medium saucepan; bring to the boil. Boil, uncovered, 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened slightly.
4.Serve ribs drizzled with sauce.
Ask the butcher to cut the rib racks into pieces that will fit your slow cooker.
