Ingredients

Slimmer's lunch
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, halved
  • 1/2 cup (100g) low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 celery sticks
  • 6 carrot sticks
  • 2 baby beets, drained
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 2 crispbread pieces of choice
