Six-ingredient matcha bliss balls
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/3 cup chopped, dried pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, plus 2 tbsp extra, chopped
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut, plus 1/4 cup extra
  • 2 teaspoon matcha powder, plus extra to dust
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

    In a food processor, pulse almond meal, dates, pistachios, desiccated coconut and matcha powder until combined. Add coconut oil. Pulse until mixture comes together.

    Roll heaped tablespoons into balls. Roll in combined extra coconut and pistachios to coat.

    Place balls on a tray and chill for 30 minutes until firm. Serve dusted with extra matcha powder.


Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
