Sesame, ginger and pork stir-fry
  • 440 gram pork fillet, sliced thinly
  • 450 gram packet flat wide fresh rice noodles
  • 500 gram baby buk choy, chopped coarsely
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) sesame, ginger and soy marinade

    Heat oiled large wok; stir-fry pork, in batches, until cooked through. Remove from wok.

    Place noodles in medium heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water; separate with fork, drain.

    Add noodles, buk choy, marinade and 2 tablespoons water to wok. Stir-fry until hot. Return pork to wok; stir-fry until heated through.
