1.Heat oil in large frying pan; cook onion and garlic, stirring, until onion softens. Add marinara mix; cook, stirring, about 5 minutes or until seafood is cooked through. Place marinara mixture in large bowl, cover; refrigerate until cold.
2.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
3.Place pasta and combined wine, mayonnaise, juice, sauces and parsley in bowl with marinara mixture; toss gently to combine. Serve seafood salad on rocket leaves.
