Screaming ghostly biscuits

Perfect for a Halloween party table, these biscuits are quick and easy to assemble for a cute sweet treat.

Screaming ghostly biscuits
  • 250 gram packet milk arrowroot biscuits
  • 50 gram smarties
  • 16 black and red jelly beans, halved lengthways
  • 1 egg-white
  • 1 1/2 cup (240g) icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice, strained

    To make icing, place egg-white in small bowl, stir in sifted icing sugar in about three batches. Stir in enough lemon juice to make icing spreadable.

    Spread flat sides of biscuits evenly with icing. Use Smarties and jelly beans to decorate biscuits. Stand biscuits about 10 minutes or until set.
