Ingredients: 45 millilitre dark rum; 30 millilitre bacardi; 30 millilitre brandy; 15 millilitre cointreau; 90 millilitre fresh orange juice; 1 cup ice cubes; 15 millilitre fresh lime juice

45 millilitre dark rum

30 millilitre bacardi

30 millilitre brandy

15 millilitre cointreau

90 millilitre fresh orange juice

1 cup ice cubes

15 millilitre fresh lime juice

Method

1.Combine rum, Bacardi, brandy, Cointreau, orange juice and half of the ice in a cocktail shaker.

2.Shake vigorously then pour into a 300ml highball glass; add remaining ice and lime juice, stir.
