Ingredients

Salsa verde
  • 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon baby capers, finely chopped drained, rinsed
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Method

    Combine flat-leaf parsley, dill, chives, wholegrain mustard, lemon juice, baby capers, garlic and olive oil in small bowl.
