Ingredients

Salami, mushroom and cheese pizzas
  • 30 centimetre (300g) frozen ready-made pizza base, thawed
  • 2 tablespoon bottled tomato pasta sauce
  • 10 slice salami (150g), sliced thinly
  • 5 button mushrooms (60g), sliced thickly
  • 5 slice swiss cheese (100g), sliced thinly

Method

    Preheat oven to 190&degC.

    Using 5cm-round cutter, cut shapes from pizza base; place bases on oven trays.

    Divide sauce among bases; top with salami, mushrooms and cheese. Cook, uncovered, in about 10 minutes or until brown and crisp.
