Rosé sangria

This rosé sangria recipe is delightfully sweet and refreshing - perfect for enjoying long, balmy summer evenings.

Ingredients

  • 750 mililitres chilled rosé wine
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 250 grams raspberries
  • 250 grams strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 cups chilled soda water
  • fresh mint leaves, rinsed

Method

    Combine rosé, brandy, raspberry liqueur and caster sugar in a large jug until sugar dissolves.

    Add raspberries and strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Add chilled soda water and mint leaves to serve.
