Rosé sangria
This rosé sangria recipe is delightfully sweet and refreshing - perfect for enjoying long, balmy summer evenings.

Ingredients
- 750 mililitres chilled rosé wine
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 250 grams raspberries
- 250 grams strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 2 cups chilled soda water
- fresh mint leaves, rinsed
Method
- 1Combine rosé, brandy, raspberry liqueur and caster sugar in a large jug until sugar dissolves.
- 2Add raspberries and strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 3Add chilled soda water and mint leaves to serve.
