Rocket and blue cheese salad
  • 120 gram baby rocket leaves
  • 120 gram shaved pastrami, roughly sliced
  • 1 bunch radishes, finely sliced
  • 125 gram mild blue cheese, chopped
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinaigrette


Rocket and blue cheese salad

    Spread rocket leaves over a large plate or salad bowl. Top with shaved pastrami, radish slices, cheese and walnuts.
