- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 4 anchovy fillets, chopped finely
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Rocket and avocado salad
- 100 gram wild rocket leaves
- 200 gram grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 large (320g) avocado, chopped coarsely
- 1 small (100g) red onion, sliced thinly
- 150 gram bocconcini, torn
- 2 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
