Ingredients

Creamy dressing
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 4 anchovy fillets, chopped finely
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
Rocket and avocado salad
  • 100 gram wild rocket leaves
  • 200 gram grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large (320g) avocado, chopped coarsely
  • 1 small (100g) red onion, sliced thinly
  • 150 gram bocconcini, torn
  • 2 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
