Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced).
2.Seed and cut pumpkin into chunks. Place pumpkin, skin-side down, on oven tray; drizzle with vegetable oil. Roast 1 hour 20 minutes or until tender. Stand 10 minutes. Discard skin.
3.Mash pumpkin with butter and sesame oil until smooth. Stir in sauce and ginger.
