A simple but delicious lunch time recipe, the combination of tender roasted beef, spicy horseradish cream and dense rye bread creates the perfect sandwich that will keep you fueled throughout the day.

Ingredients

Roast beef on rye
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon horseradish cream
  • 2 slice rye bread
  • 2 slice rare roast beef
  • 45 gram baby rocket leaves
  • 2 tablespoon sun-dried tomato strips, drained
  • 1 large_piece apple

Method

Roast beef on rye

    Spread horseradish cream equally over bread. Top each with beef.

    Divide rocket leaves and sun-dried tomato strips equally between sandwiches. Season and top each with another slice of rye bread.
